This morning... before anyone else was awake... the first thing I did was turn on the lights of my Christmas tree. I LOVE it when my home is decorated for the holidays. So, I waited as long as I could... but yesterday was D Day. DECORATING DAY!

Researchers at an Indiana University saw that the "self challenge" aspect of wearing a pedometer is the main reason. We are competitive by nature. And most people in the study wanted their numbers to go up each day... not down. Just by wearing a pedometer and nothing else, the average weight loss for each in the study was 3 lbs in 12 weeks.
