LINDSAY LOHAN: Arrested
Lindsay Lohan had gone, like, a whole month without getting arrested. Until now.
Lindsay was picked up by New York City cops just a couple hours ago (Thursday) after allegedly punching a woman at a nightclub. Apparently she got into it with someone sitting at an adjoining booth, at one point saying something to the effect of "Give me some space." It looked like things had calmed down when Lindz threw the alleged punch.
This could spell even more trouble for Lindsay, who's already in hot water for allegedly lying about that car crash in California. This arrest could trigger yet another violation of her probation. As of right now, she's still in police custody.

LINDSAY LOHAN: Bi-Coastal Trouble
Lindsay Lohan will be looking at double trouble today -- with court proceedings against her on both coasts!
Not only will she be facing the music over last night's dustup in the Big Apple, she'll have to deal long-distance with a Los Angeles hearing involving her car wreck there back in June. At that one, she's being charged with:
- Obstructing a police officer's duties, which is punishable by a year in jail
- Giving false information to a police officer, which could carry a six-month sentence
- Reckless driving, which could add another 90 days
Any of the four charges could result in the revocation of Lohan's probation on jewelry theft charges -- and her immediate jailing.
LINDSAY LOHAN: Rehab Bound?
They tried to make her go to rehab before, but this time Lindsay Lohan's lawyers are saying "yes, yes, yes" to the idea.
Radar Online is reporting that Lohan's reps are trying to broker a deal to keep her out of jail by sending her to a hardcore rehab facility for a minimum of six months. A source close to the actress tells the site "Lindsay's manager and agent have been telling her for months that she must go to rehab to save her life. Until now she has resisted, but after her arrest this morning she realizes she needs help."
If she refuses to go through with that, this latest round of legal woes could send her to jail for eight months, although she'd only serve a quarter of that due to prison crowding in Los Angeles.
HALLE BERRY: Gabriel and Olivier Give Peace a Chance
Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez are giving peace a chance – a week after Halle's ex and current fiancé came to blows on her doorstep.
On Thursday afternoon, Halle's lawyer Blair Berk emerged from a Los Angeles courtroom and held up a piece of paper with a handwritten message that read, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."
Halle and Olivier were no-shows at the hearing, but Gabriel did attend, wearing sunglasses to cover up his shiner from the brawl.

KIM KARDASHIAN: Gets in the Ring Over Ring
Kim Kardashian is over ex-hubby Kris Humphries, but she's still mighty fond of the gigantic engagement ring he gave her. And she's not about to let it go.
According to Radar Online, Kris wants the 20-carat bauble back because he feels he was conned into a "sham" marriage by Kim, the one that lasted just 72 days. She insists that his lawyers will have to pry it out of her cold, single hands.
A source tells Radar, "She has no intention of returning it. She feels she is within her legal right to refuse as she went through with the wedding." But, the person goes on to say, "Kris doesn't understand why Kim would even want the ring. It obviously has no sentimental value, and she certainly doesn't need the money. So why doesn't she just return it to him?"
JESSICA SIMPSON: Here Comes the Pregnant Bride?
Jessica Simpson didn't want to tie the knot before giving birth to her first child. But now that's she's pregnant again, she's ready to walk down the aisle.
According to Radar Online, Jess, who had a daughter back in May, was planning to tie the knot soon anyway, but those plans got derailed when her dad became embroiled in a scandal over divorce and his sexuality.
A friend of hers tells the site, "Jessica isn’t concerned about her baby bump showing in the wedding pictures and feels she has put off her nuptials for far too long. Date-wise, she’s thinking before next summer, possibly February or March."
CHRISTINA AGUILERA: No Ifs About Her Butt
Christina Aguilera has a message for folks who've been gossiping about her new-found curves -- they're real and they're spectacular!
Her camp offered that response after Star magazine sniped that X-Tina may have "spent some quality time with a plastic surgeon" to perk up her rear end. The magazine quoted a doctor who's never seen her in person as saying, "It could be likely that she has had lipo-sculpture to the waist and fat injection to the buttocks.”
Gossip Cop went to The Voice, and reports that her compatriots there laughed off the claim, saying "it's obviously not true."
JUSTIN BIEBER: Selena Lays Down the Law
Justin Bieber may be in charge when he hits the stage, but in his personal life, it looks like Selena Gomez is the boss of him.
According to Life and Style magazine, Selena has laid down a series of rules that the Bieb needs to obey in order to keep their relationship on track. A source close to the budding diva tells the mag, "She told him if he messes up, it will be over. He can't have girls or models back to his hotel room. [She has] a two-week rule. They can't go longer than that without seeing each other. That means going on dates, walking on the beach, making ice cream runs and just being kids."
HALLE BERRY: House on the Market
Halle Berry is selling the house where her baby daddy and her fiancé recently duked it out. She hopes to get a whopping $15 million for the place.
TMZ says that Halle has been trying to keep the sale hush-hush, requesting a so-called "pocket listing" -- in which a real estate agent contacts buyers privately. She put the wheels in motion before the big brawl, and has already turned down an $11 million offer for the place in Southern California's Hollywood Hills.
For those keeping score, Halle bought the place from Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz.
LINDSAY LOHAN: Bar Brawl Over Band Boy
Lindsay Lohan's Big Apple bar brawl was apparently sparked by her infatuation with a boy band hunk -- namely Max George of The Wanted.
According to TMZ, LiLo had been trying to sink her hooks into Max for a while, and finally arranged a hookup after his group opened for Justin Bieber at Madison Square Garden. They ended up going out to the swank bar where the incident unfolded, but Max reportedly got fed up with Lohan's drunkenness, and turned his attention to another woman -- which didn't sit well with Linds.
By the time the dust cleared, the unidentified gal was seeking medical treatment, Lindsay was looking for a bail bondsman and Max ended up going home with a third woman.
HOPE SOLO: Says Ex-NFL Player Husband Didn't Beat Her
Ex-NFL player Jerramy Stevens was arrested for assault two weeks ago after he allegedly assaulted his now-wife, Gold medal-winning soccer star Hope Solo. But now Solo is saying that he never touched her.

Stevens was arrested on November 12th, after police said they saw blood on Solo's elbow, but he was released a short time later after a judge ruled there wasn't enough evidence to charge him with a crime.

MICHAEL JORDAN: Bannd From Country Club for Wearing Cargo Shorts
Michael Jordan may be one of the most famous athletes in the world, but that didn't stop the powers that be at Miami's La Gorce Country Club from giving him the boot on Wednesday -- because he was wearing cargo shorts.
The six-time NBA champ was in the middle of playing a round when a club representative asked him to return to the clubhouse and change out of his cargos. When Jordan said no, he was asked to leave and not come back.
The club told ABCNews.com that it has a strict dress code and said that its members have been warned about wearing untucked shirts and flip flops instead of shoes.
Jordan's rep said in a statement, "Michael Jordan did wear cargo paints. He had been there many times before and had worn cargo pants previously, and had never been made aware that he was violating any dress code. This time he was made aware of the violation on the 12th hole, and at that point he did refuse to interrupt his game, and return to the clubhouse and change. We were not aware that he is not allowed to return to La Gorce. I guess it's their loss -- as M.J. is a great golfer, and a great guest."
Jordan's wardrobe choices have inspired a Tumblr blog.
